1. Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods 
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Health and personal care items

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may be non-refundable depending on our sales terms.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at +27 67 317 5720.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
